Transformations of vision and taste

In a world of chefs we remain cooks. We would like to let the dishes talk.
We would like them to tell our vision of the kitchen.
But our dishes, born of contrast, never say just one thing:
they play with shapes and materials, respectfully betray
traditions innovate with dedication, pleasure and precision.
The images can be looked at, of course, but it would be better not to trust the eye too much.
In order to reveal the truth of each one, one cannot help but taste.
